Lord Ganesha , the remover of obstacles is worshipped every month on Chaturthi thithi of Krishna Paksha.  Devotees break their fast after sighting Moon. Due to unpredictable weather, chances of sighting moon may  be not possible. Shree Kanipaka Varasidhi Vinayaka Stotram

Shree Kanipaka Varasiddhi Vinayaka Shree Kanipakam  is a famous temple of Lord Varasiddhi Vinayaka in Swayambhu form (Self-manifested). Vinayaka Chaviti festival is celebrated for 21 days, Brahmotsavas and Utsava Moorthi procession in various vahanams are worth to witness. Shree Kanipaka Varasiddhi Vinayaka Stotram is  all about the self-manifested Ganesha idol, story of three brothers who were miraculously got cured by Ganesha and many more short phrases describing the grateness of  Varasiddhi Vinayaka. This stotram should be chanted daily once or thrice  for  21 days ( #21 is auspicious for Lord Ganesha).  The simplest  naivedya (food offering) is a small piece of Jaggery.  True devotion-Love towards God and Faith  are important for getting fruitful results.
